Shalom and happy Sabbath!
Today we will be talking about celery.
For those who do not cook, we usually look at celery that has been chopped on our food. But have we seen the whole celery with its stalk?
A stalk of celery is similar to our bones, and is indeed good for our bones. Celery contains silicon that can gives strength to our bones. Another amazing fact is that the contents of natrium in our bones and celery are both 23%.
Probably many of us only use the leaves and throw the stalk away. But actually, we can also slice and mix it in our foods.
If celery stalk is good for our bones, is there something that can make them rotten?
Let us find what the Bible says, “A sound heart is the life of the flesh: but envy the rottenness of the bones.” (Proverbs 14:30)
Thus, let us put envy away, “For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.” (James 3:16)
God bless you all. Amen.
