Shalom and happy Sabbath!
When God gave His commandments on mount Sinai, He said, “Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy” (Exodus 20:8). It means that this sabbath is a holy day and we have to keep and maintain its holiness. Thus, what are the do’s and the don’ts on that day?
“All who love God should do what they can to make the Sabbath a delight, holy and honorable. They cannot do this by seeking their own pleasure in sinful, forbidden amusements. Yet they can do much to exalt the Sabbath in their families and make it the most interesting day of the week.”

Let us not seek to fulfill our pleasure in entertainment such as movies, sports match, any many other.
For some people, then, Sabbath is boring, but let us make it the most exciting day of the week. What is an example that we can do?
One of the things that we can do is by having nature walk in open air, gardens, talk and see about God’s goodness through nature, as “the heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.” (Psalm 19:2)
On the last part of this series, let us all pray to God, “May by Your grace, I am able to exalt Your Sabbath and make it as the most beautiful day of the week.”
God bless us all. Amen.
