Tiny Yet Powerful

Shalom and happy Sabbath!

What, do you think, is tiny yet powerful?

The Bible writes, “Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth!” (James 3:5)

Tongue is what is tiny yet powerful. That is why the pen of inspiration writes, “The tongue is a little member, but the words it frames have great power.” (The Voice in Speech and Song 17.3)

Our tongue has the power to cheer and strengthen the others, yet it also has the power to ruin someone else.

Thus, let us guard our tongues and use it only for the blessings for others.
