Shalom and happy Sabbath!
In Bahasa Indonesia, there is an idiom “Buah Tangan” which literally translated as “Fruit of the Hand.” Although the English term does not have this kind of idiom, according to the Indonesian Encyclopedia “Buah Tangan” has two meanings—first, the fruit of our work and second, a gift or a souvenir given after travelling.
Today we will be discussing the first meaning, “the fruit of our work.” However, before discussing the fruit or the result, we have to know what our work or duty is.
As God’s people, there is a work we need to do.
Jesus said, “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” (Matthew 28:19-20)
Paul the apostle also said, “But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.” (Acts 20:24)
Therefore, let us diligently share the gospel of Christ to many and may God bless our sincere work.
This is important because the work of ministry is actually to build our own character.
“He has granted men the privilege of becoming partakers of the divine nature and, in their turn, of diffusing blessings to their fellow men. This is the highest honor, the greatest joy, that it is possible for God to bestow upon men.”

“God might have committed the message of the gospel, and all the work of loving ministry, to the heavenly angels. He might have employed other means for accomplishing His purpose. But in His infinite love He chose to make us co-workers with Himself, with Christ and the angels, that we might share the blessing, the joy, the spiritual uplifting, which results from this unselfish ministry.”

A question for every single one of us, do we want to receive the His blessing, joy, spiritual uplifting, and the forming of our character? If we do, let us do it without being weary, but with joy and unselfish mind. Use the talent God has enriched us with to spread the good news to all.
God bless you. Amen.
