Do you know what kind of birds have amazing eyesight?
Among all the birds God created, there is a group of birds created with amazing eyesight, called bald eagles.
Written in The All-New Book of Amazing Facts Volume 1 page 12, “Eagles have color vision, and while their eyes are not as large as a human’s, their sharpness is at least four times that of an individual with perfect vision. While soaring, gliding, or flapping, they are capable of seeing fish in the water from several hundred feet above. An eagle flying in a fixed position at an altitude of 1.000 feet could spot prey as small as a rabbit over an area of almost three square miles!”
Amazing isn’t it? From a height of 1.000 feet they can spot a rabbit over an area of almost three square miles! Incredible!
We might be amazed with such a fact, but one thing we need to remember is that although God created this amazing creation, God our Creator is more amazing. The Bible says, “The eyes of the LORD are in every place, beholding the evil and the good” (Proverbs 15:3).
Even further than 1.000 feet, He can see and behold every speech and deed, even the things we keep secretly in our hearts. Isn’t He an amazing God?
“Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil”
